New York Bituminous Products Corporation (NYBIT) is a road construction and paving company established in 1957. Our delivery of pavement and roadway management tools is unmatched. We are committed to excellent materials and equipment; using high friction, aggregates, polymer modified asphalt emulsions and state-of-the-art equipment. Our quality workmanship is conducted in a safe and expedient manner which has led to repeat business and exponential growth.

In 1991 we started Florida Highway Products, Inc. In 2007 we introduced the Progressive Pavement Management Program (PPMP), a long-term design build pavement management program. In 2009, with the growth of the company geographically throughout the Southeast and the growing book of long-term management contracts, this company became Roadway Management, Inc. In 2011 Roadway Management was sold to Hubbard Construction, a division of Eurovia and Vinci.

Today, NYBIT is enjoying a very fertile pavement management market in the Northeast. As we all know, many agencies are trying to do more with less. Microsurfacing, in particular is experiencing a tremendous growth trend at the State DOT level. This is because these agencies are recognizing the cost-effectiveness of this pavement management tool and the principles of pavement management in general.
